Default Warrior/Necromancer - Utilitarian Axe?

Now many say swords have utility uses since it can cause bleeding and the like but here's a build that I'm just wondering about.
Didn't get a chance to try it since I can't seem to find who/where to get the Order of the Vampire from but here goes.

Str 11+1
Axe Mastery 10+2
Blood Magic 10
Tactics 1
[just wanted to use that last point in something ^_^]

Dismember
Axe Rake
Executioner Strike [switchblade skill depending on situation]
Sprint
Demonic Flesh
Life Siphon
Order of the Vampire [elite]
Plague Touch

[switchblades]
Axe Twist - hard skill to find, but if you want to disrupt through status ailments like mad... here ya go.
Disrupting Chop - if you're gonna hunt healers/magic damage dealers
Swift Chop - for warriors or rangers who like dodging / blocking or wards
Penetrating Blow - You wanna increase your armor? I dare ya! ^_^
Cyclone Axe - pve mostly

As you can see, I've got everything needed here to pile damage onto my enemy save a speed attack stance like Frenzy/Flurry. From what I've read before, you need a hex, enchantment, stance, and skill to stack damage, I'm missing the stance but I wonder with these setups would it be necessary?

This is an offensive tank which will chase down a target, stop him/her from running [or casting if you're using a switchbladed skill], then uber tank by increasing max hp 160 points while draining life from your enemy in 2 different ways.

And, since warriors almost always are the first to get nailed with a bad status condition, Plague Touch is cheap and effective enough to punish those who'd try to hurt you with Bleed or Poison or what else.

Any suggestions on making this warrior more effective and less energy dependant? I've kept the energy costs of his Necromancer Vampiric style skills to 10energy or less but can anyone suggest other good ways to heal/steal life that are more cost effective? I've used Blood Renewal but I don't want to carry too many life sacrificing skills or I end up killing myself. lol

[I also forgot what 2 pips of energy mean in terms of regen speed. I know health pips are 2hp per second but I forgot the regen for energy pips... [doh]]

Thanks for your help guys! ^_^
/me wonders how to get this build into the build articles...

My advice,

Dismember = good
Axe Rake= good
Executioner's Strike= good
Disrupting Chop= good

So that is 4 out of 8 skills that I consider a must if you currently plan on running with Axe.

If you have your heart set on necro then Plague Touch is a must.

Order of the Vampire = waste of time and energy. The duration is laughable and coupled with the recast it makes this a crappy elite.

You have to ask yourself what you want your role to be as a War/N. You have multiple options.

Personally if you are a necro you MUST run Rend Enchantments (even with 0 in curses) you still remove 2 enchantments at a time with Rend. Which still makes it the best removal in game. Even if you are not a target caller or primary enchantment stripper, Rend is the bomb.

So that leaves you with 2 free slots after taking Plague Touch and Rend Enchantments.

If you are looking for a way to heal and think life siphon wont cut it then I suggest Victory is Mine. The synergy between Victory and Dismember, Axe Rake, and Plague Touch is fantastic.

This would leave 1 slot for anythying you desire. I suggest Vamp Touch, Life Siphon, Sprint, Rush, Frenzy, Power Attack, Faintheartedness, Insidious Parasite, Rigor Mortis, Barbs, or Enfeeble.

With 4 Adrenal skills you will have the ability to use your energy skills easier. Which is key for warriors due to low energy total and weak energy regen.

Again this build focuses on upfront damage with condition passing(from self), healing (self) and disruption(chop/rend)

Hope this helps

Hmm. I suppose if I chuck Order of the Vampire, I can replace it with Rend Enchantments.

Str 11+1
Axe Mastery 10+2
Blood Magic 10
Tactics 1

Disrupting Chop [switchblade skill]
Dismember
Axe Rake
Sprint
Victory is Mine! [Elite]
Life Siphon
Rend Enchantments [It's cast time seems kinda lengthy @ 3s. but, ok...]
Plague Touch

Offensive tank just like before with damage output, snaring/speed skills, and survival with ViM and Life Siphon. I hope to test this soon and I'm also hoping that dash of disruption that is Rend Enchantments is better than any other damage buffs the Necromancer may have. I'd like to add more damage per swing but I can't see how else to do it effectively. [btw, I like this char combo so no suggestions for war/ele with conjure or someting... ]

Thanks for the input, but can you remind me of how 2pips of regen work?
